Why SquadRota exists.
Shared ownership comes with shared responsibilities. Someone still has to keep the diary, chase a bill and remember when the insurance is due. SquadRota brings that work together, so running the group takes less of the time you joined it to enjoy.

A few practical questions.
Who is SquadRota for?
Flying clubs, boat syndicates, horse shares and other groups that own or use assets together. Members can make bookings and record usage; administrators can manage maintenance, member charges and accounts, depending on the plan.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every paid plan has a 60-day free trial with no card required. There is also a free plan for small groups. See the current member and asset limits in the pricing table above.
Can we bring our existing records?
You can import contacts and opening balances from supported QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or CSV exports. Review your opening figures before you start posting new transactions.
Do we still need an accountant?
SquadRota includes double-entry accounts, reconciliation and a year-end export on the Pro plan. These help you prepare records for review; your group remains responsible for checking its accounts and getting professional advice where needed.
Does it work on members’ phones?
Yes. SquadRota runs in a web browser on phones, tablets and computers. Members can book, log usage, report defects and view their statements with the permissions you give them.
